When an appointment is scheduled, that time block—along with associated travel routes, preparation, and administrative time—is reserved exclusively for you and your family. Unlike high-volume clinics, this practice limits daily client capacity to provide high-touch, in-home, and intensive care. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other families in need from receiving care and disrupt carefully planned travel itineraries.
